Is DOPA legislation a way to kill the messenger?
What should we do about the message?

Google's Brazil unit says will suspend Orkut pages. Reuters.co.uk /Google retirará en Brasil las comunidades Orkut en las que se cometan delitos. Elmundo.es

I have to think more about this... Orkut removal is not the same as DOPA, is it?

Talking about doing something I have just found this:

Microsoft lidera iniciativa para educar internautas da América Latina para uma navegação segura. Education is a good answer beyond the fact that when you click www.navegueprotegido.org the first recommendation you get is "update your PC" to be safe.
